Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Krish Fresh Mart If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

However, in case of Damaged/Missing/Empty Package/Wrong Product, the Return request should be filed within 24 hours of the delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


To complete your return, we require the VAT Bill the order was sent with.

Your Return request will be reviewed by our related department.

If  your return request meets with our return policy then pickup of the product will be arranged through our delivery partners.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate your refund or exchange.

You will receive the amount on your e-wallet.
